Reservation Policies

Payment for the 3-Day Overnight Retreat covers lodging on Friday and Saturday nights, meals on Saturday (3) and Sunday (1), and all materials. Dinner is not provided Friday night. Separate overnight accommodations are provided for you and your fiancé.

Payment for the 2-Day Retreat covers meals on Saturday (3) and Sunday (1), and all materials. NO OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS are provided for the 2-Day Retreat; couples are responsible for getting to and from the facilities Saturday and Sunday.

Your reservation is not booked until you pay in full, so please pay as soon as possible to secure your seats. Credit card processing through Paypal is the fastest form of payment accepted, and can be used even if you don’t have a Paypal account!

If your reservation is not paid in full at least 2 weeks before the start date of the weekend, it will automatically be cancelled without the possibility of re-booking. All cancellations earlier than 2 weeks before your scheduled weekend will incur a $25.00 administrative processing fee. If you cancel less than 2 weeks before your scheduled weekend, we are unable to issue any refund due to policy restrictions at the facilities we use to present weekends.
